The Lead Building Maintenance cleans the Agency facilities and shared common areas throughout the building. Maintains and submits inventory to supervisor for designated supplies as needed. These areas include, but are not limited to, the Multi-Purpose Room, After School Program room and general office spaces, as well as building bathrooms, kitchen and common areas.
Care Coordinator Lead_job description The Lead Care Coordinator acts as an advocate for the Consumer and their family, is familiar with the Consumer’s individual needs and strengths, and coordinates a personalized plan of support through the Medicaid Plan of Care for the Consumer. The Lead Care Coordinator evaluates and adjusts the care delivery through ongoing visits and communication, ensuring the Consumer’s needs and required services are met. The Lead Care Coordinator coordinates and/or facilitates training for all Care Coordinators and Case Managers, including orientation training for new Care Coordinator hires.
The Programs Director provides direction and support to all programs within the agency. The Programs Director will be the main point of contact in matters including but not limited to the vision for each program, program development and supervision, budget management, community based needs assessment and media outreach. This person needs to project the mission and values of FOCUS and work well with confidential information, organization, efficiency, and accuracy to detail.
