The Human Resources Manager provides overall Human Resources support to the organization. The HR Manager will serve as the initial point of contact in Human Resources matters including, but not limited to employee relations, benefit administration, staffing and recruitment, employee development and evaluation, policy development and documentation, safety management, record keeping and ensures compliance of relevant regulations. [ OPEN ] Part-Time ABA Behavior Tutor

The Behavior Tutor will implement instructional programs designed for consumers diagnosed with Autism in both home and community based settings. Behavior Tutors will participate in an intensive orientation and training program that encompasses instructional procedures and behavioral support procedures for instructing young children with Autism using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Duties include planning sessions, implementing treatment protocols, taking required data, monitoring progress, completing appropriate paperwork, cleaning up materials, and maintaining equipment as necessary.
