Move Over Dogs: Cats Offer Therapeutic Benefit too
A unique partnership that is bringing shelter kittens into treatment centers for those with cerebral palsy is yielding benefits for both animals and people alike.
Rather than spend their days cooped up in cages, kittens from a Washington, D.C. area animal shelter are being sent to live at United Cerebral Palsy facilities throughout the region.
